The guys were great. Good customer service, caring and efficient. There was a LOT of confusion about the pricing. I had ordered 3 hours of work, got two hours, paid for 3. The bill presented on arrival called for two hours at a rate higher than what I was quoted for 3.I know this company is new to Hire-A-Helper, so believe this is just confusion due to the newness rather than anything deliberate, but still a bit disconcerting.

They were on time. They had a dolly with a flat and no straps. They worked OK. Because they did not have a working dolly, they laid my new refrigerator on its side and dented it (stainless steel). I had just purchased it and choose not to buy the cheaper floor model with the one dent. Now my new one has three dents and I paid 300 dollars more for it. I had gone to the electric department when they moved it in. They did do everything that I asked and they were nice guys. Seemed like this was new to them.
