The workers were good, the person that called me with the details was good, whomever set up the actual job did not pass on the fact that disassembly and assembly was required and to bring tools. I told the person who confirmed and I double checked my order it was there. It made their job harder using the limited tools we had with us. They worked hard and got the job done, went 1/2 hour over because even though I was told they would be there at 1030 they arrived at 10 and I was not there yet to sign anything for them to get started, so truthfully they got 30 min paid to fill out the few check marks on the paper work and wait for me. If we ever need to do this again I will arrive at the beginning of the time slot just in case. Overall I wanted my husband to not have to carry heavy items up stairs so the job I needed got done, him and a friend put my daughters furniture together after it was all moved.
