Ivan and Jonathan did an amazing job! They are very knowledgeable and packed the POD perfectly. I even had room to spare! Elevator broke half way through so they had to carry my stuff down 5 flights of stairs. I didn't even mind tipping them extra for this because they did such a great job and deserved to be rewarded. Will definitely hire them again to unload. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! On time- Yes. Prepared- Yes, I was told in advance to purchase straps. Work hard-- you bet. respectful-- yes. use again-- yes.
