Luis and his helper really helped us out today. The individual who was selling us the home waited literally til the last minutes of the business day to finish signing and turn over the keys of the house. Due to not having a specific time I billed them for 3 hrs and informed them of the situation. When it was a mostly sure thing I texted Luis and they headed over. They arrived at 5:10p and we got the keys and pod open at 5:15p. They had unloaded the entire pod by 6:30. Fantastic! Professional and hardworking. I wanted to thank then for being so flexible considering how I only booked them at 8p the night before. Do not be afraid to work with these gentlemen.
