Jake and Curtis were awesome! They called ahead, arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled and worked their tails off! We had to move from one upstairs apartment to another in the next building. the movers were on time, they were polite and friendly and they worked every minute they were here. However our master bedroom furniture seemed too much for them. They tended to bang things roughly down the stairs, leaving black wheel marks on the carpet and taking a few chunks out of our walls. They took a chunk out of the stucco near the front door too. All things easily repaired (we're replacing our carpet) but it makes us wonder how we will find our furniture upon unloading!
Thank you for your letter alerting us with the problem you had with our service. I'm sorry you have been subjected to such a frustrating series of events. And I want to thank you for being very helpful and kind to the mover guys. They said good things about you. When I told the guys about the matter, they were surprised and said that the move was good and without any damage, even though they had some difficulties from moving your heavy furniture.
I appreciate your honesty and agree with you at one point: your furniture was too much for them. Yes, it is cheaper having two movers than three. But, it is a simple fact that two movers are not enough to move three bedroom home. We warned about this a day before the move and pleaded to reconsider the amount of movers. However, we couldn't get a positive response from you. It is really hard for two guys to move three bedroom home. They get tired easily and take a long time to complete the job.
When I told the guys about the matter, they surprised and told that the move was good and without any damage, even though they had some difficulties from moving your heavy furniture.
I hope you will remove unreasonable 3 star.

Everything was top notch with these movers! So friendly and accommodating! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that 2 things broke in the moving process. Otherwise, I would use them again.

Really nice guys - Loic and Odysseus were hard working and friendly. You could see that they were going as fast as they could safely and this, when you're paying by the hour, is exactly what you want!
The controller too, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and flexible. If I was moving again tomorrow (and thankfully I am not - it's stressful) I'd use them again without a second thought. They made it all much easier!
Also, it's very competitively priced - if you're moving from a 1 bed it's cheaper to do this than hire a truck and helpers seperately.
