We've got mixed feelings regarding their service. They arrived late despite having booked the first slot 7am to 8am, showing up at almost 9am. They arrive with 2 movers and the third mover was late twice. The movers did work fast but they came without a basic tool and used some of our boxes for our glass, so they were a bit unprepared. They had difficulty following directions when arriving at our new home. They ended up chipping our newly painted wall. And our washer was hooked up with hot to cold and cold to hot. Our dryer was scratched up inside and our TV was damaged. Would we hire them again? No, we wouldn't and would not recommend them. We really hope we won't be moving anytime in the near future due to our experience!

Contacted Hireahelper JFK Moving company to help me move a lot of my stuff from a storage company. I was very pleased, with their helpers Junior and Jorge . They put my contractor bags with my quote un quote stuff as I had no breakables and delivered to my house the same way from the storage company. The company phoned me to get a critique on the guys, I told them I would use them again and they were very personable. They were first on the list of recommendations . I didn't need to phone other companies.

First, let me start with comparison to other moves I have experienced. I am retired military officer and I have moved and seen more moves dnd movers than I care to remember well over a DOZEN.
Louis & Beck we’re outstanding! On time, informed, intelligent about packing, working in extreme heat and still were cheerful, kind, courteous and diligent!
I not only highly recommend them but commend them work their work ethic ESPECIALLY NOTE LOUIS who was the clear leader, competent and I dare say gracious! These are qualities I have rarely encountered working with colleagues let alone Movers!!!

I hired JFK Moving to help me with a local move as I had a short time frame to move out of prior residence and into the new one. I booked a 26' truck and 4 guys. These guys (Oscar, Alex, Jesus, Chris) arrived early the day of the move and worked tirelessly and efficiently to load my family's belongings into the truck. They took extra care to wrap/protect furniture before loading into the truck. We ended up needing to take 2 trips (we have way too much stuff) and it took a couple extra hours than I had anticipated (booked for 7 and took about 9). The guys did not complain at having to put in some extra work and just continued working to get the job done! At the new residence, they assisted with moving most of the boxes to the rooms they were designated for. On top of their professionalism, the guys were friendly and personable and it made a hectic day a little more enjoyable. They worked hardly without a break (1 10-15 min. break in the a.m. and a lunch break) and did not slack one bit. At the end of the day, I had a bunch of bulk trash at my old residence and had been struggling to find a company that would charge a reasonable rate to haul it off. One of the guys mentioned their company could assist with this and we coordinated via text message later that evening (a Fri.) to schedule the trash removal for the NEXT DAY! I much appreciated their going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I have a feeling they do so for all of their customers. You won't go wrong booking these guys!
