On time and worked hard but dragged a lot of furniture and left scuff marks. The packing was frenetic and not well thought out. Update: owner contacted me seeking to reach solution but ended up doing nothing but wasting my time telling me it was my fault. Recommend you avoid.

Moving is stressful on its own, but this company made it even worse. After booking well in advance and talking with the owner of the company two times on the telephone to confirm our start time, the crew was still over an hour and a half late. Our agreed upon start time was supposed to be 7:00 am because we were facing a very long drive following loading of the truck. I called the owner multiple times when they didn't show up and he was not pleasant nor helpful. He expected me to not be upset because he had admittedly "messed up the schedule." One of the movers was extremely nice and worked very hard. He was apologetic and went out of his way to be helpful. He didn't stop carrying and working. He's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of zero. The other one took charge of packing the truck and was not at all open to suggestions. There was no plan and systematic packing. Everything basically got thrown in, with larger heavy items thrown in on top of smaller fragile pieces. When I expressed concern about how things were being put in the truck I was told to "relax". I would not use this company again.

I’d give them a ten if I could! They were so good on organizing the moving truck like a giant Lego! They were on time and worked almost nonstop until we made them sit down and take a break! They love Jesus and had great life stories!!!
