Are you on the brink of a big move, fearing the furniture fiasco that usually follows? Fear not, because FACEMOOVE is here to turn your moving woes into moving whoas! Seasoned Pros: Our team has more moving experience than your aunt has cat figurines (and trust us, that's a lot). We've disassembled and reassembled more furniture than you've changed your profile picture, and we can load and unload trucks and containers like it's a competitive sport (we might consider joining the Olympics). Vehicle Whisperers: Whether it's an ABF Truck, Pods, U-Haul, Penske, U-Pack, or a magical moving carpet (okay, not really, but wouldn't that be cool?), we've mastered the art of handling them all. No moving vehicle intimidates us, except maybe a hot air balloon. Gentle Giants: Your stuff is precious, and we treat it that way. We handle your belongings with such care that they might just think they're on a spa vacation, minus the cucumber eye masks (unless, of course, you specifically request those). Choose FACEMOOVE for your move, and you'll be choosing a moving experience that's almost as smooth as sliding on a hardwood floor in your socks (but hopefully without the collisions). Contact us today because we're the moving wizards you never knew you needed!

The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I was told they would move 2 bedroom home for 579. They left, charged me double and none of that was complete. Then forced to pay out of pocket another $330 dollars on top of the double and they still didn't complete the job!

It was so bad my father had to fly here from Chicago to help me because I was crying hysterically unsure how I was going to get all of my things moved. I'm a single parent of 3, unable to move things myself down the stairs. DO NOT EVER USE HIRE A HELPER OR FACEMOVE. It was a man and his kid son that showed up and nothing will be done and forced into a situation like I was.

Mover's response:
Dear Brittany,
I was surprised and honestly upset by your comment on our work. Excuse me, but I honestly don’t understand why you are trying to mislead people who will read your comment. I personally was one of the movers at this job and I want to add some facts to your comment:

It was not a 2nd bedroom house, but a 4th bedroom, two-story house 2100 sq ft, plus garage and patio. You didn’t have one pod to load, as was indicated in the estimate, but two pods. This is what we managed to fit into these two containers, taking into account the fact that we also had to wrapped all the furniture:

From the first floor: a large coffee bar, a large two-piece corner couch, a large homemade wooden coffee table, a kitchen table, a large dinner table (we had to disassemble it to save space in the container), chairs, two benches, two armchairs, a standard sofa, coffee table, 2 console tables, and a lot of boxes.

From the second floor: a washer and a dryer (which we also needed to disconnect), 4 TVs (which we needed to disconnect from the walls and remove the fastenings), two beds with mattresses and box springs (taking into account the fact that these are not standard beds, because they are bolted in several places and disassembling them takes extra time), 3 dressers, small couch, chest, small items, and a lot of boxes.

From the garage: safe, mattress, bookshelves, dresser, treadmill, ladder, and small items.

With patio: a large table (which had to be disassembled to fit into the container), 6 large patio chairs, and a patio bench.

We managed to load all this, as well as other small items, into two 16-foot containers. The fact that there are still things left is the reason that all the furniture and all your things from a 4-bedroom house are simply impossible to fit into two 16-foot containers, and you and I discussed this even before work began. I doubt that any of Hire A Helper's employees could have said that all these things could fit in one container and only take 3 hours.

The work was carried out by 2 people. In 7 hours, all the furniture was disassembled and wrapped, 4 wall-mounted TVs were disconnected and wrapped, the washer and dryer were disconnected and wrapped, 2 containers were fully loaded, and the total amount you paid was $1090. Although according to the estimate, we only needed to load one container for $579. Therefore, I absolutely do not understand the essence of your complaint and the statement that we took double the price and an additional $330. This is not true.

P.S. And just as a human being... We always try to do our job 110% and even more. We always do our best to not only accommodate all things but also to ensure that everything arrives safe and sound. We also always try to reduce our clients’ moving costs. And many of our clients will confirm this! And you remember that it was raining heavily all day and we still had work that day, but we agreed to help you and returned in the evening to load the second container, after we finished our other job. In the end, did you rate our help with a 1-star rating? This is your right, but it is humanly offensive.....

Sincerely,
Vladimir Denisov

Tom and Max were an excellent team! They are very skilled in what they do. They arrived in their window and got right to work. They provided straps, tape, shrink-wrap and tools needed to get the job done! These miracle workers packed the 26'er and a 12x6 trailer like a can of cranberry sauce. ?? Highly recommend.

Mover's response:
We greatly appreciate your feedback! It was a pleasure working with you!

Vladamir and his Crew from Facemove did an excellent job unloading 2 large 16’ pods for us, moving everything into the correct rooms, then assembling and installing many pieces of furniture. We have several tables that have very heavy granite tops and they moved them carefully and with ease. Vladamir even called almost an hour after leaving to confirm that he didn’t miss assembling a table which arrived without the hardware for assembly. All in all, they went above and beyond to perform in a professional manner and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Vladamir!

Mover's response:
Thank you for your comment! We appreciate your attention to detail!

They are the absolute best. As soon as they walked in the door the stress I had was instantly gone. They helped me move a 2700 sqft home. They came in and rewrapped my furniture and packed out a 26ft truck. They also helped me unattached and reattached the car trailer. I completed my move from California to Washington and nothing was damaged or shifted during the move. I wish they were in Washington I would continue to use this company. If you need moving labor help in California this is your company for quality moving labor help.

Mover's response:
Your comment means a lot to us! We're glad we could help!

Max and Tom were great. We were unloading a moving truck into a storage unit. Did 1BR worth of stuff in under 2 hours. Unit was well packed. Was able to book them 2 days before, very happy with the job they did.

Mover's response:
Your feedback is a real boost for our movers! They're already training for the Olympics in the 'Speedy Moving' category!

The team of two guys were great! I had to unexpectedly use their services as I booked another company for the following weekend but actually needed this particular weekend to getting move done. The team had already been working earlier for another customer and were fantastic helping me. Even though English wasn’t their first language, they were still able to understand what i said stays and goes and how to pack and secure my items in transit. I’d recommend using and will use them next move.

Mover's response:
Thanks for your comment! We're happy to have made a difference for you!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Booking with FACEMOOVE? Get ready for a moving extravaganza that's smoother than a penguin sliding on ice. Our seasoned pros will handle your stuff like it's the Crown Jewels, disassembling and reassembling furniture at warp speed. Trucks and containers are our playground - no, really, we're thinking of starting a moving Olympics. Your move will be so stress-free; you'll feel like you've just won a spa day for your furniture!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Tips for Taking Care of Your Movers Clear Communication: Discuss move details in advance. Hydrate: Offer water on hot days. Provide Break Area: A comfortable spot to rest. Kids and Pets: Keep them away for safety. Be Prepared: Have everything packed. Label Clearly: Speeds up unloading. Consider Tipping: Show appreciation. Say Thanks: Acknowledge their hard work. Leave a Review: Helps their business. Be Patient: Stay calm and understanding.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Preparing for moving day? Here's your survival guide: Label everything. Pack an "open first" box with essentials. Don't overpack boxes. Dispose of hazardous materials safely. Secure your pets. Back up your electronics. Defrost your fridge/freezer. It's not the zombie apocalypse, just moving day!

What types of moves have you handled?

FACEMOOVE is your go-to for all types of moves: local, long-distance, and we're even training our team for the big one – intergalactic relocations. Who knows when the first Martian colony will need our services

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Oh, our favorite part about being movers? Definitely the daily workout! Who needs a gym membership when you're hauling couches and fridges all day? And let's not forget the thrill of finding out what's hidden behind that old sofa. We've seen it all – from lost socks to the occasional family of dust bunnies. But honestly, making moving day stress-free for our customers is the real reward. So, you could say our favorite part is the smiles we leave behind, along with the occasional sock.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We don't just hire anyone off the street; our crew members go through an intense training program. It involves learning how to talk to furniture (they don't always listen), becoming masters of the "Packing Tetris" game, and even surviving the "Box Jenga" tower collapse. Plus, we have a special course in "Avoiding the Wrath of Murphy's Law." So, when you hire us, you're getting movers with more skills than a ninja with a toolbox.
