A fantastic job! they arrived when they said they would and finished the loading well within the booked time. They loaded a u-haul tuck and trailer fitting everything together like a puzzle, when they finished it looked like a work of art! I have never seen such a well packed truck & trailer…and I have moved several times, it was absolutely fantastic. I can’t give Vladimir and his second enough accolades. Thanks!!!

The movers were friendly and arrived on time. They were quick and efficient unloading my pod even though the outside temperature was 105 degrees. They unwrapped all the bubble wrap from all my furniture and artwork which saved us alot of work. I could not ask for a better moving team to unload my Pod.

There was definitely a language barrier. One of the helpers neither spoke nor understood English. The lead helper did speak English, but did not understand direction clearly and did not even try to listen to direction. He did what he chose, and in then had to redo work, all because he did not listen.
Our appointment was scheduled for 3pm. Mid-morning I received a call that the helpers were 'in the area' and could come early. I clearly stated that I would not be ready for then until the scheduled time of 3pm. I then received a text, the helpers could come early. Again I stated that I would not be ready until our scheduled time of 3pm. The helpers arrived at 1pm. I was not ready for them and asked they come back at our scheduled time of 3pm.
They were hired to load a POD for moving, but because the lead helper was 5'4", they were unable to load boxes to the ceiling, to fill the unit. I had to have someone else come to repack to utilize the full area.
I could go on, but will not. I will use Hire A Helper again, but I would not use Facemove Inc.
