Deante & Juan were on time, and ready to get working. They packed the 16' truck I rented in an hour. The boxes were already packed, and heavy, and they picked them up like they were lifting feathers (they're strong). I will be using them again for the big move into my new house. Thank you both!!!

I could not believe what horrible moving service I received from this company. It was a disaster from the morning of the move till the end of the move. Hire A Helper found me a mover who never showed up when expected. I called Hire A Helper to get another mover. They sent this moving company who was an hour late. I tipped each of the 3 guys $50. When I arrived at my destination which was only 420 miles away, all my furniture & belongings were damaged. My mother's grandfather clock, is damaged beyond repair. My black leather footboard on my Cal King bed is ripped. My wall pictures, tables were all damaged. I would never recommend this moving company, First Choice Movers, whom damaged all my furniture or Ironclad Movers whom never showed up when expected. This has been the worst moving experience I have ever received in my life! Beware!!

On moving day the customer can expect a courtesy call one hour prior to start time. Our professional movers will be friendly and hardworking.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer can prepare day prior checking that everything is boxed and ready for movers to come and load. Make sure dogs and cats are out of the way so the movers do not trip over.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed office jobs, long distance moves as well as local. We have also load and unload trailers, storage units and storage containers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love making the customer happy by providing great customer service and handling furniture with care as if it was my own. I enjoy making the customer feel as if they made the right choice with hiring First Choice.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide my crew with training videos and professional tips. We are always looking for ways to approve.
