Great crew! Efficient, polite, CAREFUL with our household. Our biggest fear has been about the quality of the crew. I worked in logistics for 35 years, especially with household goods movers to handle high tech equipment. These guys were as good or better than the teams we used to handle $100,000+ technology. WOW! Joshua and Adrienne were exceptional: prompt, professional, conscientious and knowledgeable about how to efficiently and effectively load a Pod container. Just remember to have all the needed items ready for them: LOTS of moving blankets, tape, cardboard, extra boxes and plastic wrap. I thought I had enough but we ran out, so they have to come back to finish the job but that was my fault.
The icing team was early which was great. Very prepared. Had tools needed. Worked hard and very efficient. Careful with furniture. Would use them again. Highly recommend.
