The Side Guy did a good overall job. Felipe was responsive during initial set-up and entire process. The movers were here when they said they would be, hard working and very polite. The only reason we can't give full marks is because there was an apparent misunderstanding where the movers were not notified that we needed assistance with setting up the furniture once in the house. We had to call Felipe to get the "all's clear" to proceed with set-up. The reasoning we received was that "they can help however they have no tools" as to provide set-up for all move jobs "would require the movers to have a truck of tools." All i know is in my 14 moves, my movers have always had a hand-dolly and drill set provided to assist with moving and set-up and been just fine. In fact, as soon as we got the drill out it took the guys 30-45 minutes to finish up.

The two English brothers called ahead, arrived on time, and worked to get everything done in a timely manner. They were very respectful and talkative. I would highly recommend them anytime!

the guys were great but the issue is I hired 2 guys! they showed up with three and they were here 40 minutes. according to the hireahelper site if they are here less than 1 hour the cost was $180.00 NOT $308.00. so what hireahelper say's is since they brought 3 guys that is how they got the job done so fast. either way since I helped move half of the stuff with them it still would have been done in under an hour with 2 guys. so they will not give me the refund I deserve. I don't see how I hired 2 guys and now I have to pay for 3. I want my refund now!! and I will never use hireahelper again if this is how they do business. in not sure who is at fault here but I want my refund now!!

They showed up 15 minutes early. They knew what they were doing, gave good advice, worked hard and were very conscientious with my belongings. I wish I could pack them up and take them to my destination to unload! Obviously, I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
