Hi, One of the most important things in moving is that the people you hire to help you move show up on time. Side Guys showed up even a little earlier than expected, which was great and unloaded my belongings from the ABF truck. Unloading is much quicker than loading that is for sure. Also, Christina was always in touch prior to my move to confirm dates and times. I would use them again. Thanks, Sharon

The two gentlemen that helped unload my truck were very helpful. They worked hard from arrival until the job was complete. They were courteous and respectful of my stuff.

Not so great. They were on time but took their time going up and down stairs and talking and goofing off. If they had been taught how to properly load a truck, I might have made it out of town with all my stuff. (Hey, you know you're dealing with idjits when the loading tips posted inside the truck are ignored.) As it stands, I will have to return to get the rest of my stuff. By the time I got outside to see how the truck was coming along, there was 20 minutes left on the clock - and it wasn't enough time to reload. Their ignorance left lots of poorly-used space on the truck, and they did stupid things like stand pieces of furniture on (obvious) handles. I won't use them again and don't recommend them to people on a budget - they won't get done in the time allotted what you need to get done.
