These guys were true gentlemen. They were amazing!! They were hired for 3 hours and ended up working an additional 9 hours straight. They did not complain about moving the entire 3,300. Square ft. house. I recommend them to anyone who is moving. True professionals. I can't express my appreciation. Thanks again guys!

Busted my leg and needed movers quick for a labor only job. Not only were they the best price but I put my order in around 2 pm and they accepted it and we're at my house around 6:15 same day. Needed half a pod emptied still and they had everything out and in my house in the rooms I directed them to in 40 minutes. Was extremely pleased with the service.

Movers arrived four (4) hours late. They finished the job in 3.5 hours although I had everything packed in boxes. I only needed re-tape a box, and redistribute one box of books between two boxes because the movers complained that it is heavy. Movers complained multiple times that they need tool X or tool Y, and I didn't know what was that tool. The night before I had talked with the company representative and she told me they will bring all tools they need. Other than that, everything was ready for transfer to the truck. Took 1.5 hours at the destination to unload, and about the same 1-2 hours for loading last time that I moved.
Worst of all ... at the destination I found an item that had a nice leather casing is missing! It was one of the items that didn't fit inside a box. Of course, I cannot be sure what has happened to it, but do not feel great about the experience either.

So, the guys were were plenty and respectful. They themselves provided a decent recovery a d for working in this heat, they very earned there pay today.
They arrived late due to another crew having vehicle problem, so we started off about 90 minutes off schedule. They appeared to be not updated from their office about what was needed on this job and therefore arrived ilequipped to handle the job. They improvised and also made a trip to uhaul for some rental equipment.
I wish they came prepared, but I would give them a second chance based on service recovery alone.

The company that was hired by hire a helper did not come with any dollies, moving equipment. They had to go out and buy some and that took three hours which put me three hours behind timewise. The company hire a helper recommended literally did not stop bothering me for payment until 11:30 PM. I had family helping me as well that I had to drive to NYC - two hours away. I did not get home until 4:00 AM. In addition, I asked for workers who could help set up furniture and they were not able to put together my table or one of my beds. The workers were very nice they just were not equipped.When I told their employer how inappropriate was to send workers out to just simply use their spines and not equipment to support them he turned it back on me. All in all this was not a good experience.
