First I want to say that the actual movers who did the loading were very polite and hard working guys . But , on the other hand , Roman Clark , the contact person/Owner , is the rudest , most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with . He does not have the ability nor the mental capacity to work with or resolve customer issues . Shameful ! And it directly reflects on how this company is run . They are terribly irresponsible with time and punctuality . Not good when you are trying to schedule your work day . Trust me make Right Choice your absolute LAST CHOICE !!!

They showed up early, which was OK. But they were SLOW and they did not pack the truck efficiently. My wife and I had to step in and start pointing out all of the holes / open spaces in the truck, that could have been used. They also stacked heavy boxes on light boxes. Wood furniture directly on top of other wood furniture without padding or protection. Wood furniture against the inside walls of the truck, without padding. We had about 30 moving blankets, comforters, blankets and tons of bubble wrap available to for them to use. They leaned our wood kitchen table top against our STONE fireplace, and the table slid down putting huge scratches in it. They said "oh..they must of been there already". They banged into walls with boxes and furniture. No remorse. I underestimated the amount of time it would take, but they were still very slow, inefficient, and not professional movers. When we let them go, my wife, a couple neighbors, and I finished the loading of the truck. The Right Choice Multi Service Pros had a great rating and that is why I choose them, but I was very disappointed with the service we received.
In comparison, the crew that unloaded our truck were spectacular. I gave them a glowing 5-star review. They came prepared with moving belts, hand trucks, and straps to help them carry heavy objects. They even commented on how bad the truck was packed.

Our two-man crew did a great job unloading our 15-ft UHaul downtown New Haven. We ran late due to traffic, and the guys were waiting at the apartment when we pulled in. They seemed a little inexperienced but made up for it with hard work, and everything was unloaded within two hours. We were happy with our experience overall and would recommend!
