The owner came with another employee. Both were courteous. They are hesitant of dogs, so I put my dog away in her crate while they were here. My only hesitation is that they banged our basement railing and one of the wooden brackets came off and they didn't say anything. It must have landed with a thud on the cement floor, so I was surprised they didn't say something. I found it on the ground after they left. It was a big piece of furniture they were moving, so I understand the space was small. It was more that they didn't say anything about the damage.

I was very happy with their service. I rented a 16 ft truck found out was to small. The owner and his team made sure everything that was important to me got in that truck, yes I have a good amount left of stuff but their quality is excellent. They wrap my most important things and when I ran out of pads for my furniture, they found other use for cloth to protect my things. I can go on and on how great they are. Talk to them before you talk with some else you won't regret it. To Dirk and your team thank you great job.
