They were on time, and worked hard (we saved the big, heavy pieces for them). They moved the old washer/dryer out and moved in and hooked up the our washer/dryer, leveled them, showed us where the water main shut off is located in the basement (bonus!). They asked for direction on where to put things, were respectful of our belongings. I highly recommend them.

When they were loading the truck I thought they were securing everything but even though the boxes were packed snugly, they were heavy and not secured with the rope I bought for that. They all fell on my furniture during the drive and several things were broke. I had all of the fragile boxes marked and the contents but the boxes were damaged along with the contents. The load was “secured” with rope when they finished but didn’t secure things during the packing! Not pleased!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our moving group enjoys making the client-mover relationship easy going and the least stressful as possible. The selected lead mover for the booking will make contact with the customer in advance to the move date, giving both parties the chance to briefly go over what the project is and what to prepare for. The lead mover will then provide the customer their direct contact information in case of delays. Movers are well understanding if customers need to move dates around, or if other issues arise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once our crew arrives on moving day, we will speak with the customer about items to be moved. Ideally we prefer to walk with the customer from room to room to ensure we understand the full scope of work before starting. We do not start the clock until the initial walk through is complete.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All moves are different from each other. In preparation to moving day, the lead mover for the request will attempt to reach out to the customer to go over items, and to answer any questions the customer may have.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled local and long distance moves, as well as office moves and emergency moves. As for moving very heavy items such as a grand piano (thousands of pounds), our crew is does not carry the specialized equipment to handle such item. Heavy equipment moves will be on a basis by basis acceptance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You know the best thing about being a mover is knowing that we started doing this type of work ten years ago, and although we have moved into engineering work, we have continued to remain in this field because- we are simply good at it. It's hard to stop doing something you have always been good at. Well until you wake up one morning really sore from all the moving, but let's just hope that doesn't happen for another 6-7 years (fingers crossed).
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members have a good amount of knowledge of what it takes to safely prep and load household items for moving. Our preferred way to bring on additional movers to the group, is to find highly rated movers that have been in the industry for a while.

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
