They were running late and kept me posted on their arrival time. 3 person team - very professional. Took great care to make sure furniture was properly padded and wrapped. PODS told me that with the furniture I had that a 7' would be big enough.........well it barely was... but this team managed to get EVERYTHING into it. From the time they arrived until the time they left, they worked. Got the job finished in under 2 hrs. All they asked for during that time was some water......they needed it with the heat for sure. I can't find anything bad about their performance.... GREAT JOB GUYS (AND GAL)..........DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND YOU !!!

They worked really hard on a very hot day. There was one little ding on the staircase wall from carrying up a large filing cabinet that will be easily repairable. They were all very polite and worked very hard.

Wow! I moved from a two story home to a 3 story home and Last Minute Movers won me over with their 3 man special for the price of 2, and I am a big fan. My furniture is massive and they moved it without an issue. My fragile items all were moved without a single mishap. Great job, great packing and I would recommend them highly and I am very hard to please and my wife is even harder. Great Job!

These 3 were just Amazing !!!! I’ve never seen such hard and efficient workers ... ever !they really did a wonderful job fitting all of our household items , huge pieces of furniture with glass doors , and tons of boxes into a pod . They Managed to get everything in there , very organized... they really are such incredible workers , I just can’t say enough about how pleased my husband and I were. As one last request from me , they moved our refrigerator into the other room. Wow!! Filled with food and very heavy... they didn’t even hesitate to ask if we needed anything else moved. All this work, done in the rain Just such a great crew ! Thank you for your professionalism!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Besides a flawless relocation you can expect a Prompt phone call to go over all the details about your move. We also contact you the night before to confirm everything is still on schedule and the day of the move to coordinate our arrival time. You can expect communication from us untill we arrive. When we arrive we will introduce our self's and do a walk through to assess everything that needs to be moved. We will discuss with you the best options to relocate your items tarnish free so we are all on the same page. After the game plan is established you will be amazed with the techniques and equipment we use and blown away by our packing skills. So keep your expectations HIGH!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important thing a customer can do is provide adequate protection for all there items such as moving pads bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Also let us do all the packing of the pod or truck. Make sure everything is packed in boxs and all units that need disassembled are broke down and ready to go.

The best part of moving is being able to take away the stresses that come with relocation for all of our customers! We enjoy helping the average hardworking American. There is nothing like the feeling of appreciation after a flawless relocation!!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
LMM is a family owned company that has passed down moving experience generation after generation. When we are training new employees we always send a 3rd man at no extra charge so that way the customer will always have 2 experienced movers at all times. This has been our practice for years and it is very effective ending in no damage to our customers belongings!!
