Very prompt and prepared for the job. Quite conscientious and good listeners which was a plus since we were having them load a storage POD, only putting certain items in it due to the size of the POD & quantity of items we have. These employees were impressive while stacking boxes as if they were pieces to a jigsaw puzzle and easily carrying heavy furniture with furniture straps. They treated our things with respect, as if they were their own. Though they missed a couple of items we wanted loaded, I would definitely recommend Hire-a-Helper and would hire them again.

I can't say enough about this team of 3! This is the second time I've used them to load and unload a storage unit. They're quick and efficient - especially when it comes to logistics and space. They will estimate their arrival time, they will call you if they have any delays in traffic, and they will finish the job quicker than you expected. It's a pleasure to see young people who are this ambitious - they don't mind working hard and putting the customer first.

These guys were great! Showed up on time and ready to work. They were really fast and efficient and within a short amount of time had the whole job done. We had a lot of art work and glass mirrors and they handled them well and with respect. We had so many boxes I was afraid they all wouldn't fit in the PODS container but they were able to get everything in with even a little bit of room left over. Amazing job! I was really impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks!

Thank you to my crew of three. They were quick, efficient and friendly and were kind enough to give me a call when they knew they might be a little late due to traffic and distance between jobs. No problems...the crew took great care in packing my items so they wouldn’t move or slide during transit. And they didn’t complain when I told them the legs wouldn't come off the large oak table!! You can expect communication from us untill we arrive. When we arrive we will introduce our self's and do a walk through to assess everything that needs to be moved. We will discuss with you the best options to relocate your items tarnish free so we are all on the same page. After the game plan is established you will be amazed with the techniques and equipment we use and blown away by our packing skills. So keep your expectations HIGH!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important thing a customer can do is provide adequate protection for all there items such as moving pads bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Also let us do all the packing of the pod or truck. Make sure everything is packed in boxs and all units that need disassembled are broke down and ready to go.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of moving is being able to take away the stresses that come with relocation for all of our customers! We enjoy helping the average hardworking American. There is nothing like the feeling of appreciation after a flawless relocation!!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
LMM is a family owned company that has passed down moving experience generation after generation. When we are training new employees we always send a 3rd man at no extra charge so that way the customer will always have 2 experienced movers at all times. This has been our practice for years and it is very effective ending in no damage to our customers belongings!!
