They were prompt, very helpful and thankfully flexible with their time - I ended up using them far longer than originally booked and it was a great help having them there. They worked efficiently and without complaint, were respectful of the client and environment and mindful of being discreet and cooperative in an otherwise strict environment. If there was anything that would have made working with them easier was the language barrier - they didn't speak much english, I don't speak spanish. But we managed to understand the needs and get the necessary work accomplished nonetheless. I would feel very comfortable hiring them again.

Chris and Rene' did a great job with my recent move to Manhattan. They were on-time and worked very quickly despite some obstacles, including a broken elevator. I would absolutely use these movers again and highly recommend them.

The two movers showed up within the specified window. They were polite and worked very quickly. All of my belongings were moved into the 3rd floor walk-up in perfect condition. I would use 3 Brothers Moving again for sure.

We used these movers for an internal move from one apt. to another within our building.
These polite professional men showed up fifteen minutes early. My building had reserved the elevator for us at 9am, so they were unable to start loading it until that time. But they wasted no time at all. They immediately began to bring furniture out to the hallway. Once the elevator became available, they moved the furniture quickly and carefully.
I noticed that they were incredibly careful about not banging furniture or walls. They asked a lot of questions to make sure that they got everything right. And they seemed eager to please us.
I have moved about six times since moving to NYC and this was BY FAR the best experience ever. I had been using Flat Rate movers and I was increasingly disappointed. This is my new "go to" resource for all moves.

The movers were friendly, on time and helpful...BUT they did a terrible job packing the truck. There were so many items that were damaged when the truck was unpacked. Floor lamps were unsecured and tossed on top of everything-2 out of 3 floor lamps had to be discarded, wood furniture was placed on top of a couch without protection so the coach got a wear hole in it. Old and valued chairs arrived with broken legs due to how they were packed. These are just a few of the problems we found when unpacking the truck!
