INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. This was my second move with ProMove and it exceeded my expectations from my first (very positive!) experience. Courtney’s team was extremely efficient and treated my stuff with care. There were some hiccups and delays with the building, and they worked around the issues and kept it positive and patient with me, which I really appreciated in a stressful situation.

started well orgenized and planned but following the first hour it became slow and not orgenized which made the work be double the time, in addition to that the team tried to charge me more time than actually delivered.
overall it was an ok service, not great but not bad either.
the 1 plus i would say was they way they orgenized the truck.

The two guys were great, and worked really hard the entire time. However, not bringing a dolly or lifting straps (even though it said these were included) made the unloading last way longer than it needed to. It took 50% longer to UN-load the truck than it did for 2 guys to pack it before move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
