We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Absolute pros. I had a packing cube move and the packing cube showed up later than expected (not the fault of ProMove). Eric and Jonathan could have just had me figure it out but they were proactive and found ways to make the most of the wait time so that once the cube arrived we could hit go. In fact, these two are such pros that the driver of the truck that delivered the cube unit later asked me what company I used so that he could make sure to work with them on his future gigs. So they didn't just make my move a breeze - they are recognized as top-notch by others in related industries.

Courtney and his partner did an excellent job on my move! Not only did they show up early and finished the move early, but they accommodated various unforeseen circumstances such as me having to park the truck across the street, helping me re-park it, and packed everything using the materials available to avoid any damage to the items during my drive out in the truck. They were efficient and clearly very experienced!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
