INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They were rushing and neglectful while loading, they did not listen to instructions while they pile up stuff in the container but insisted to do it their own way, which lead to damage of items during transportation.
They left behind some of my stuff in the hallway /lobby / yard of the building, not loaded to the container, the stuff they left behind was lost.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
