We had excellent communication from DeFranks movers from the moment they picked up our job. We had a complex antique cabinet to disassemble over 7 ft. X5ft. They took the time to view a 1 minute video and did a perfect job taking it apart! They worked quickly and efficiently! Trustworthy!

They arrived on time, bringing an additional helper. I was not on site to observe them. They did what they were hired to do. I overestimated the time it would take them, (they worked less than 2 hrs. And were paid for 4.). And I am told they still expected, and received, a tip.
