They got the heaviest objects moved but spent an hour disassembling a treadmill without consulting with us first and then putting it back together, which left little time for the rest of the objects we needed unpacked. The main guy in charge spent the entire time loudly complaining and yelling at the other guy helping him. When they called the day before to discuss the upcoming job, the customer service was terrible. He again was complaining about the objects that we were paying him to move and we were completely upfront, with no surprises. Overall, it was incredibly stressful just having him in our home and we felt serious panic about the lack of care being given to our belongings. They got the job done, so to speak, but I would have rather tried to figure out how move the objects myself than to deal with the experience again. Would not recommend.
Completely upfront? No. I almost had to drag details for your move from you and purposely left out some details.
My helper is new, I originally hired his brother who went out of town and never returned. He told me his brother would help me but he speaks very little English which is dangerous when moving heavy objects.
I’m sorry I was frustrated with him but he was hurting me by not listening and his limited understanding of simple directions.
We’re only human and moving is stressful. Try it from our side when people just think you can just pick up any object and move it without any damage to the object or any surroundings. People have unrealistic ideas of how things are done correctly without injury to your helpers or damage to your objects. I see it every day. I’ve been a mover for more than 20 years. Some people just can’t be pleased.

Took a lot of breaks and showed up at my destination with multiple things broken and damaged. After seeing how the other company unloaded and their way of doing It this company can vastly improve. Plus I helped for half of the move due to the heat and slow progress from the company and the owner declined to even help me load something that took 2 minutes at the end. Felt like a very take It or leave It business model and the owner is degrading towards his worker who helped a bunch.

Vernon & (? Dave ? Can’t remember the taller guy’s name) arrived during the planned time to unload the POD. Directions on placing the furniture were followed with care. They even folded up the moving blankets when finished.

They were early. Busted their butts, and stayed another 30 mins getting all our stuff loaded up. And packed away safely. Cross country move. Second time I’ve hired them. Francine and Mike are amazing. Definitely book them!
