2 of the 3 movers were on time, but Elite made it right by extending our time. The team worked well together and took great care of our property. They also made efforts to go above & beyond with some last minute furniture hurdles. We did however hope for a bit faster pace, so 3 of our family members helped as well. That still ran us over time, which was not a surprise in filling two 16’ pods to the brim. We are grateful to Elite for their help!

Awesome group of people. Moving always comes with its problems: issues with timeliness when moving is inevitable. With that being said, they were running a little late BUT they communicated very well with me and apologized for the delay. Don’t let the “they were late” reviews discourage you from these guys. Professional, proficient, and 100% would use again. 10/10 recommend to others.

The team did an amazing job! They were on time, respectful, and very efficient. They loaded a full size POD in under 2hrs with just 2 guys. Great communication and customer experience starting from the moment I booked, even working to fix a booking date mistake I made at the last minute. I will be using them to move the rest of the furniture and unload the pod in the near future.
