Elite movers did a great job for me and my family. The went straight to work when they arrived and didn’t stop until the job was done. They were very respectful and took extra special care of all the items they unloaded. The guys were all very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Darryl and his team were amazing. True teamwork! True professionals. Darryl was in communication with me several weeks out from the move. They were delicate with every item they removed off the rental truck; treating everything as if made of glass. A full 26 foot Penske full and not one mark on the interior walls. Within the next 30 days we will use their services again for our next truck load. Thanks Darry again and again!

How do I start, first they scheduled the start at 10AM. Apparently they have trouble getting up in the morning. They actually showed at 11:51. I spent time taking photos of the items to make sure the crew was ready. I was moving a basement shop with some shop equipment and wanted them prepared as I did not want any one hurt. The crew was not informed at all. While the crew was good guys, they moved very slow. When I checked the loading I found machines face down and others just placed anywhere they could without regard to the protection of the machines. I purchased particle board sheets to protect the lawn and at the end I asked them to put them back where they got them. They were originally neatly stacked after they were thrown in a pile and I had to restack. I felt that I dad to supervise the loading. I had a craftsman bench top that I asked they be careful with, in the end I had to secure it. I had a second truck I needed loaded, I told Hire a Helper if they showed I would throw them off the property. Not a happy camper.

Good evening Mr Lawerence. I do apologize that the move was not to your satisfaction. We pride ourselves on being on time efficient as well as professional. You are actually our very first client that has given us such a low review. Certain times due to circumstances out of our control we may arrive at a bit behind schedule. We did inform you that we were running a tad bit behind due to traffic but as with other clients in the past we have been on time and actually majority of the time have been there before the scheduled time. Your move was a very unique move being that we specialize in moving " furniture household items dressers, boxes, Etc". With your move you wanted to move woodworking Machinery equipment. Everything that was moved was 300 pounds or better. The crew was informed of the type of items that was being moved. And from my understanding they gave 110% of effort. You did state that "they were moving slow". Our first main responsibilities is the safety of the furniture items of the client as well as the safety of the crew . Due to the weight they had to move cautious with every piece. You did say that you didn't want anybody to get hurt and that's the same thing that I want for my worker. So they were moving cautious not to damage your items as well as not hurt themselves. it is also to my understanding they worked 7 hours straight. And was never offered any type of Refreshments such as drinks or even had time to take a lunch break. Me personally we always strive to make sure all of my clients are taking care of and I believe at the end of the day all of the Machinery that you had being that it was all metal and extremely heavy they still completed the job and got all of the items on the truck as requested. Like I stated before this is a very unique job and was something that was very strenuous as well as tedious on the part of my crew. It is my belief that this particular job was underman man for such a big job. You requested for 4 helper and from the size of the job you could have use a two additional helpers to make the job be more efficient. as I stated previously I do apologize that you were not pleased with the move but I am happy that the things you wanted move did get on the truck and did get completed. I personally will do my part to make sure future jobs will be more efficient and I will take your job as a building block to improve my company. I still want to thank you for your review because it gives us the opportunity to become a better moving company and provide exceptional service to future client. Thank you once again for your business and as well as thank you for your review.
