The crew of three I had were awesome! They were finished in 2.5 hours instead of three and were polite and very hard working. Got right into the job and never stopped until finished. I would definitely use this company again. Do yourself a favor and hire them.

The 2 unloaded sent to us were professional, kind, fast, & efficient. They were 100% on time.
I was shocked at how quickly they completed the move into our new place on a 3rd floor apartment. They did the work in under an hour and didnt doing any of our things up.

Other than being late after ,call and asking too come 1hr later then the org. starting time. They got the job done. I had already started loading on my own while waiting on then. 1hr and 15 min of work. Is a lot for what I paid. When you show up for a job be ready to work. Wasn't very happy with the crew that was sent. That group was very unprofessional. But the job got done. I'm sure they have better workers.

I booked Care More Movers to empty my POD. It turns out Care More subcontracted my job to another local moving company named Super Movers. The gentlemen who showed up worked hard and their work was fine. Due to the method Super Movers is use to being paid at the end of the job, it was awkward with their staff asking me and their boss how do they get paid. It appears Hire a helper (who I paid) who in turn pays Care More, and then Super Movers needed to be paid by Care More in the end. Maybe CareMore was double booked that day. If you’re moving to Richmond VA, skip the middle person and contact Super Movers directly.

We drove a moving van from Ohio to Norfolk VA and hired two unloaders from Care More to meet us at our destination to unload our daughters apartment up to a second floor. We arrived and within minutes they called to say they were on their way. Our unloaders were fast, careful and so friendly .. exactly what we needed and hoped would be waiting for us when we arrived! We will always recommend them for any moving jobs Thank you guys for all your help!
