They were friendly and efficient didn't complain about the heavier pieces of furniture, however they didn't follow directions as we asked them to wait a few minutes to get tie-down straps, my jewelry cabinet was flipped upside-down and my jewls were all over the floor of the truck this broke and damaged some of my jewelry. We had 24 blankets and only 7 were used now I have damaged furniture. They were in a rush to get things done

The crew was about two hours later then scheduled (supposedly a earlier job was running long) but they reached out to let me know about a half-hour before the call time, with a couple updates on ETA, and I wasn't in a huge hurry.
They worked incredibly fast in loading and got my 20ft U-Haul fully loaded in an hour and 45 minutes, though there wasn't necessarily the highest regard for ensuring some of the furniture wouldn't be damaged (just some nicks) in transit (priority was placed on speed and just getting everything in and filling any open space).
I would be happy to use them again to unload and place things in a wide open house/apt, but might choose someone else for loading a truck or tight space (but credit to them for their creativity and ingenuity).

The move was very disappointing. I hired three movers to help me load my truck. The third guy was 45 mins late getting there. I asked for more time to get the job completed and was told that they had another job and couldn’t stay any longer. I wrapped all the furniture with the blankets because I was told that they don’t provide that service. When I inquired with HireaHelper, they said that as long as I provided the blankets, the movers should have provided that service. After watching them load the truck, I could tell they didn’t have a lot of experience. After they left, I got professional movers to come out and finish the job. Be leery of these guys.

Nice and quick service. I had paid them for 2 hrs, the truck was loaded in 1 hr. They refused to help with other tasks than just loading the truck (what I had signed them up for originally). I would have appreciated some help to reorganize a few things around the house, since this was a partial
move. But this was not the main problem. Altough I had bought all the necessary protective supplies for my larger furniture, the movers did not protect them adequately, and we had heavy dammages during transportation.

The customer should have the things in boxes things or items disassemble that supposed to be fragile items wrapped in the right material ready to get loaded .

I handle long-distance moves well I drive all types of trucks not including the 18 wheeler

My favorite part of being a mover is that I get to give great customer service and give a service that can help another human being
