I was initially told the movers would arrive between 9am-10am, but notified that they would arrive between 9:30am-10:00am. As I was waiting, I was then notified they would arrive at 10:15am which wasn't a problem since they at least communicated they would be arriving late. As I showed the movers all I had to get into the pod, I notified them that there was a certain way I wanted the furniture/boxes in the moving pod that way at my next destination it would be easier to unload. At first I was ignored, but when I reiterated what I as the customer wanted, I was told that there was a certain way it needed to be done and that I hired them for help and they were the "professionals" and they would do it the way the wanted. I was baffled at the response since I thought the customer was always right. Later during the service, I was told I was bossy for saying I wanted my items packed a certain way. During the moving, some of my items were dropped and walls were damaged during the process. Overall, the service would have been a lot better if things were just done the way I asked as a paying customer and if I was staying in the area and needed help unloading my pod, they would be the last ones I'd call.

Dion one of the workers with the company did an excellent job in loading the truck they were friendly and very professional. Unfortunately I was charge for an additional hour over what they worked and they do not provide refunds on any hours on an invoice as well we were charge for tools for assembly that was not needed. In the future I would be happy to use them but I would make sure that my invoice was correct prior to their arrival.

Daniel did an excellent job and was quick, efficient, and hardworking. He was short staffed on the day of my move, but still showed up and loaded up everything by himself in under an hour. Daniel packed the truck well and I had no issues during transport. I would use this company again.
