The movers were on time. Courteous, efficient, hard working professionals. The container truck was far from our unit and they walked from container to unit to transport our belongings several times within the two hours time without any issues. Despite how challenging the logistics of moving can be they helped make it much less stressful experience. I am very pleased with the services Hector and Juan provided.

BUYER BEWARE: The guys were very good at loading things on the truck. However, upon unloading and stacking in our storage unit, our items were thrown in the unit. Many items broken after the fact and when I went to visit our unit the day afterward they finished, all the boxes that were placed (very unstable) fell on us several times. We had to redo the full job and was up all night because we had a flight to catch. We called to let them know but Hector seemed to not be concerned. However, during the job they were very polite and friendly, but the stacking of large boxes on empty plastic baskets were just not acceptable. Not dependable movers.

I was genuinely impressed by their work ethic, efficiency, and positive attitude throughout the entire move. They were also very polite and respectful of my belongings and space. The two movers, Joseph and Juan, arrived a little before the scheduled arrival time, 10:00a. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. They unloaded all the items from the 16' PODS container to the directed areas plus helped to reassembled the dining table and sofa base - all in about an hour. Great experience.
