Unloaders arrived on time and were prepared to work hard on the rental truck household goods that we had to be unloaded. They were respectful of our property and the only reason 5 stars was not the rating was due to an issue with a work bench that was not handled as well as it should have been. Would use them again.

Carlos and Edwin were on time, prepared for the job, worked very hard, respected my property and I would definitely use them again. They packed the PODS like a box filled puzzle by carefully placing boxes and securing them so they wouldn't move around. Then, the repacked a POD that another company packed because the first company did a crummy job. They packed the second POD as carefully as the first one. Thanks for a fabulous job.

Only great things to say! They called the night before letting me know another job was probably going to run long to see if I was flexible with timing (I was). Called to let me know they were on their way. Were fast, efficient and friendly. They actually finished faster than we had allotted because of that. Keving and DeDe were outstanding. They were running late but we were notified of that. They cared for all of our belongings as if it was their own. Kind, polite, and very helpful. THey worked very hard carrying large pieces of furniture downstairs from a third floor apartment with no problems. I would definitely use Silverback again.
