So while moving my things off the truck, the workers let my dresser mirror fall, which then shattered. I did contact Noah, the owner first before writing this review, have never heard back from him and it has been over 2 weeks. I don't believe they are willing to take any responsibility for the breaking of my mirror.

The gentleman actually followed up with phone calls, asked if any special equipment would be needs and showed up early ! I was impressed with their work ethic, I have used a couple of companies in the past recommended by UHaul and I was to say the very least hesitant to use anyone recommended by such companies. Well, when Penske recommended this company and told me they do not utilize any companies if they didn't
meet or exceed their standards I decided to give it one last chance.
I would highly recommend Silverback as I was totally impressed with the professionalism and commitment to a high standard. I was also impressed with the ability to pack a truck. Great job. Thank you !!

Two guys, three flights of stairs, and a bunch of heavy awkward furniture. They loaded the truck I provided perfectly, and everything unloaded at the other end easily and damage-free.
Communication was easy, the price was right, and they finished the job on time. I'll use them again, and recommend you try them out.

The Silverback movers were the BEST! They stepped in on short notice when there was a problem with my previously-booked movers on the day of the move, and they couldn't have been better. They were on time, professional, super friendly, clean, and fast! They took excellent care of my stuff and still finished under time. I will absolutely use them again next time I move, and I would recommend them to anyone.
