The 2 young men that came were on time, polite, professional and treated our stuff as if it was theirs.

They were nice guys but totally unprepared. Their dolly had wheels that were falling off. And they wanted to strong arm the furniture. My husband unloaded most of the truck and paid for 2 hours but only used for 1 1/2 hrs. Don't think we will move again but probably would not text hire-a-helper.
