After careful review and research I selected Happy Moving, LLC. I most definitely selected the right company. Matthew and Victor appeared during the time frame given. Not only were they respectful and friendly, but got right down to assessing what had to be moved and worked on a plan with me. I had hired them for loading only, and I had more packing to be done for larger items that I was unable to handle by myself.
Matthew and Victor were hired for 2 hours. The pod was 2/3 full within the first hour and that included moving the large pieces of furnishings, boxes and bins. They used the moving blankets and wrapped them well with the sticky cellophane. Though I often was working in other rooms, I would check the pod progress. The both of them knew what boxes should go where for optimum usage of the pod. I had tools that needed to be moved as well and my concern grew as the pod filled.
Matthew and Victor did not disappoint. They knew exactly what would fit and where and moved along. There was a bit of a snafu with transferring the table saw but they kept working on a solution. They were very careful with all that had to be loaded. The problem did extend the time they were originally hired for, but the extra time was well worth it, and it was at no fault of them.
Matthew and Victor not only worked cooperatively with one another and myself but communication between them and to me was prime! Not only would I hire Happy Moving, LLC, but would request Matthew and Victor. They are the ultimate professionals in their field!
