Big Dolly Movers were amazing. They were on time and completed a 3rd story, two bedroom move in two hours. They were professional and obviously knew what they were doing.
The only concern was scheduling. I thought everything was confirmed, I even received an email saying Big Dolly Movers had accepted the job, but when I called to confirm, he asked if I could work around another job that he had at 2:00 and he did not even have my job on the books. Make sure you confirm more than once.
In the end everything worked out beautifully. I would definitely recommend HireaHelper and Big Dolly Movers. Fairly painless process.

They worked very well, and understood the needs on my packing...they manage very well the space on the uhaul to fit everything properly and getting the best of the space they have to put everything in...Mr. Luke Gonzales was very professional on managing his crew.

They were on time and prepared for the job. They were very respectful to me and my property. I would use them again. The only complaint I have is that when loading, they made the truck heavier on one side. This makes it harder to drive on a windy day. I was impressed that they were able to load so much in the truck.

They did a great job. I probably should have reserved a larger truck, but they made the most of the space and fit just about everything on. I could only afford 2 hours of work and they worked fast and got most of the load completed in that time frame. I was very impressed with their work.

These two men were absolutely professional, fast, well organized and I cannot say enough about how good they were. Nothing was broken, Everything was put into our truck with extreme care, cushioned well, tied down.
I would highly recommend them. And one more point, they were late in arriving but kept us informed of where they were at all times. So even the fact that they were running late from another job, it turned into another positive point in this review.
