I was massively disappointed by the service I received, I have moved over 20 times as an adult, this was not my 1st rodeo! I had used Hireahelper before and had great experiences in the past. This time it was a real disaster, the job should have been 3 or 4 hours max, they were inept, kept delaying, putting me in a real predicament as I needed to vacate where I was and keep my agenda on track. They were asked repeatedly to take apart an antique Duncan Phyfe dining table before it was loaded as I wasn't able to do it by myself, I was repeatedly assured that it was necessary to do so to fit my stuff on the truck. Sadly this was not done and the table was damaged so badly it now has no value as an antique. In addition, after nearly 8 hours they told me that they couldn't fit anything else on the truck and that I needed to decide what I wasn't taking, not what I was expecting. They also loaded things that were not to be on the truck and I didn't discover that until I arrived and the truck was unpacked. I was sure that there would have been enough room had they paid better attention to my instructions or simply asked. So had to part with things I didn't want to and ended up bringing things I didn't want, really wrong in many ways. Lastly, one piece of furniture, 1 of a pair of antique night stands did not make it on the truck. As I had to photograph my apartment to let my landlord know I had vacated I KNOW it wasn't in the apartment. That particular table contained some VERY important items that were dear to me and can NEVER be replaced. After losing my parents, my husband, my job and some close friends over the last 3 years, this was really a low blow to sustain. The owner/manager of the moving company was completely uncooperative, blamed me for the damage stating that "if I hadn't provided enough moving pads any damage was on me". The damage sustained wasn't from a lack of pads, which I did provide and they did not use. Most of my furniture that needed to have padding sustained damage. The pieces I packed and covered with cardboard and plastic were fine. He also has refused to cooperate with Hireahelper which tells me that the company is not to be trusted ever, clearly I was bilked out of at least 4 hours of work by their employees, Hireahelper was damaged by their association with this moving company and sadly I was the unwitting victim that got shafted on all fronts.

Miguel and Jay were amazing. I've never seen anyone play Tetris like these guys - they utilized every spare spot completely. They've taken packing/loading to a science, and mastered it.
They were right on time, and completely prepared for the job.
They worked HARD. Poor guys had been going since 5:30am, and never once flagged on our job, not once.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking us our customers will experience the whole first class package, their entire moving process will be smoothe and hassle free. We understand the value of communication, once ordering we will contact you to firm up the details and in closure we always provide our customers with a 24/7 call or text number so we can help answer any additional questions and/or to make any changes if need be.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect us to arrive early-on time & uniformed ready to take on any challenges. We always come equipped with 2 four wheel dollies, 1 convertible hand truck, basic hand tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. If the job is a load and unload of a truck we will also provide ratchet straps to prevent any belongings from moving within the truck during transit.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be sure that everything is packed, boxed and ready to go. This ensures the quickness of your movers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all kinds of moves. Piano moving, pool table moving, safe moving, junk removal, relocating items within the home, loading/unloading all size trucks, abf trailers, pods, pack boxes and vans. We have also handled long distance moves, local moves, across sate moves, office moves, medical equipment moves, entertainment props and flooring moves. etc
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is being able to help every day people, from all different backgrounds and interests, with getting their belongings from one place to another at ease. Being as flexible as we are we are ready for anything at anytime of any given day. I enjoy providing fast and reliable hassle free moving services with unbeatable pricing for the high quality moving services that we always provide.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our professional movers are trained to load a truck, abf container, pods, upack boxes , storage units, etc Using ratchet straps or rope to secure items. They all also know how to properly cover furniture using moving blankets to prevent scratches. Also using shrink wrap for more delicate goods such as a dining room hutch or a grandfather clock for example. We are all comfortable moving heavier items with our 6 wheel dolly such as a piano or a safe.
