Our movers showed up exactly on time with the right amount of crew that we requested. They did an amazing job. We had a 20 foot truck jam packed. I was initially hoping that we'd just get the furniture moved in, but the crew moved so quickly that we were able to unload the entire truck during the 2-hour time frame. Unfortunately, one of the men hurt himself during our move and could no longer help out. However, he quickly made a phone call to another person who was able to show up and take over for him in short order. I would highly recommend Dynasty Movers as everyone was extremely helpful, nice, and incredibly hardworking. Outstanding!

When the men arrived they were nice and friendly but did not listen to what I needed done. When they left I discovered the truck was locked and several items had been left out of the truck. These were items I told them several times to load. I called to let the owner know and he called once with a question and promised to call me back in 15 minutes. Almost been a week no response. Truck arrived and all my boxes were packed so portly that they were smacked and some destroyed. I had a 20lb safe put on top of my Apple computer box which was all put on top of hangers and blanket boxes.
