I hired them for a Loading job. Strongly suggest that you find out where your labor is coming from in order to arrive at your job site. Unknowingly, I was in San Diego, and labor coming from Anaheim. They claimed there were an hour late because of traffic, an issue that would not have been an issue if they had been local. Also, the job involved going about 3 miles to a second loading address, but they said they got lost, so that was another half hour that we waited for them...even though I suggested they follow me, or use GPS, they used my hastily drawn map and had no idea where the ocean was so went east instead of west...because they are not familiar with San Diego.
While the men were late, tried calling their office, because no one called to tell us the status. After calling office, who said he would get right back to me...no return call, and another couple calls he just did not answer the phone. This was also an issue when trying to reach him the day before the job.
There is some good news...they did a fabulous job of securing my belongings and packing for a long drive.
It was really a problem of customer service and logistics. Use them if you live in Orange County only!!

Have to admit I was skeptical when two guys about 60 pulled up to do my moving. They ROCKED! They moved everything with care and their experience showed in how well they packed the PODS. I would recommend without reservation.

Steve/Bill did a great job on my move. It was a move of 1 bedroom items into a PODS. Steve expertly packed the PODS and wrapped all furniture, and was able to fit everything w/ a little room to spare. They were also flexible in arrival time, as I had a same day delivery/pickup of my storage unit, so it was time-sensitive. They were fast, courteous, and professional. I've had some nightmare moves in the past and these guys did a good job, were honest, fast, and took the stress out of moving. Thanks!

The workers arrived on time and were very meticulous with the furniture. We had a LOT of furniture. I felt they moved a bit slow and we did have to have them for two more hours, but overall very nice job.

The guys were great!... they arrived on-time and were very respectful and careful. My only issue was a scratch in the new hardwood flooring due to some heavy furniture being moved. But, I would use them again.

The guys from Tri-County movers were amazing, kind and helpful. They got the job done neatly and fast. They were also very friendly and gave us tips on the area we just moved to. -Did a walk-through to see what furniture and boxes would be taken to container
-I had priortized what should be packed and they followed that order
-Spotted the one "very fragile" box and placed it in a secure location
-Worked without a break, finished within the allotted time

Came on time and were very organized...we walked thru the house and I showed them what I wanted packed, where the supplies were and they went to work. It was a relatively easy job and they did it in a timely and organized manner...very very happy with the service!
