I left three messages and sent an email to try to confirm the details of my move. Though I appreciated the quick acceptance of the job, the fact that I needed to make sure he would be able to be there at a specific time (as I will be driving 5 hours once the truck is loaded and need to leave at a decent time) and his lack of response is why I had to cancel. I had left messages before and after he accepted so I am not sure why he was unable to call or email me back. Since it has only been 12 hours since booking and it is my schedule that made it so I had to give up on hearing from him, I am at least leaving some stars.

The two movers that were hired to move my apartment were 15 minutes early, and worked above and beyond their duties. They brought tools to the job site, and broke down my bed and moved two giant desks with no problem at all. They even stayed a little bit past their time requested (15-20 mins). I was very satisfied with the movers, and their attitude was great as well!

good guys ... ran a little late from a previous job (and im sure the traffic didnt help) but i didnt mind i had plenty to do ... they arrived ready to git r done no complaints about the labyrinth of stairs just ready to lift heavy stuff, worked fast (definitely not trying to work slow to get extra hours) ... unloaded a 6x7x8' cube in about an hour! very friendly and polite and worked hard and fast and no hassles
