The crew was on time and completed the loading within the expected 4 hour time frame. Having a 36 prior experiences moving and packing my house, specific instructions were provided as to how certain items should be loaded and packed to avoid damage and maximize use of the truck space. After the crew left, I was disappointed to discover a huge amount of wasted space and loosely loaded boxes and furniture that would have been tossed all over the truck, but for my taking over two hours to reposition and secure a great deal of the cargo. All of the property was offloaded into 10x15x8 of a 10x20 storage unit , yet the loading of the truck covered the entire 26' and was, throughout the majority of the space, no more than 4' high. Because everything is in storage, I won't know until I unpack, sometime in the future, whether anything is broken or damaged.

This was a last minute call, the evening before a holiday. I contacted Hire A Helper LLC, was immediately scheduled with movers for the next day. The workers arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done.
