The two young me who came to help were 15 minutes late (3-4:00 appointment, arrived at 4:15). They were milking the time a bit - taking two people to carry a small box spring (I carried the second one by myself). As the 2 hour mark approached, they were ready to leave, inspite of the fact it was a load & unload, and we just finished loading. I heard them talking about the pay decrease after the first two hours. They relunctany helped me unload about 75% of my load, after I almost begged them. I paid an extra 45 minutes plus gave them cash to help. They were working hard when I pressed them, but not sure I would use this agency again.

They showed up at 9:45am when their window was 8-9am. But they finished the job half an hour faster than I would've thought it would take. They were very careful with all my furniture, didn't ding anything up. They were very professional. Would recommend to a family member or friend. They didn't track a bunch of mud or grass in (which I generally expect with movers). All in all very good service.

Very respectful and professional crew. They were an hour past the hour window and although we paid for a company that included packing, rope, tape etc. They didn't have any? Fortunately we had some of our own materials.

They showed up. That was the best I could say. The one guy worked hard. The other one carried as few things as possible. He dented our trash can by dropping it filled with kitchen items on the corner of our quartz counters. Chipping a piece and denting the stainless steel can so severely that the automatic lid won't close and we had to throw it away. It got to the point that my husband was so frustrated that he just had them load all of the remaining items in the garage in hopes the shorter distance would speed them up and keep them from dropping more stuff. At the end of time my husband told them they were done. They insisted on closing up the truck which took them a few minutes. The mover then told my husband we owed a half hour more because they were now 4 minutes over. My husband said no and told them to leave. Worst movers ever.
