When Master Movers tried to reschedule my job 15 minutes after their arrival window expired, I panicked. I needed my truck loaded that day. Right Choice - Right Price "100% Deals" accepted my job last minute, arrived on time and had my 16' truck loaded in less than two hours. They were pleasant and efficient and not only got everything on the truck, but loaded it so that nothing shifted during transit. Wish I had picked them to begin with. Was very pleased and would use them again.

After hiring this company 48 days in advance, and contacting them three times to make sure everything was still set up for 8 AM on the day they were hired, I got a call the night before at 8:51 PM telling me that they were sorry they overbooked and that they were going to have to delay me by over four hours . This was not acceptable to me, and when I tried to explain to them why it was not acceptable they told me they were sorry they misread my order and that two other people had booked prior to me booking ( I find that very unbelievable). They were very unwilling to work with me and not professional whatsoever at all. I would avoid this company at all costs do not even use them as a very last ditch effort . If I could give them negative stars, that is what they deserve!!

I moved all the way from Cleveland to Orlando, after a horrible drive I called them and after 15 minutes of no body picking the phones they finally answered and confirmed that they are coming at 5 pm. I had a block time for the freight elevator and had a rental truck with all my stuff in it waiting for them. At 4 pm I received a call from hire A Helper telling me that they are not showing up. I tried calling them back and they never replied. Horrible company, how can somebody be so irresponsible, how can you trust somebody like them with your furniture and valuables. I was luck to get another company HLK MOVERS , thanks to HIRE A HELPER, they were excellent finished everything smoothly.
