I don’t fault them at all for being late because they had car trouble and had excellent communication. However when moving my dresser upstairs, instead of just carrying it, they were flipping it end over end up the stairs and ended up causing a bunch of damage to my baseboard and stair tread. This could have been remedied based on how they carried it upstairs. Otherwise they did a great job!
