Very nice young men & we’re on time!
In disassembling, the desk set, they would not listen to my directions about the desk when they removed the center, did not take into account that the side units were dependent on the middle section . This resulted in damage to the end section which gouged the wall . They said it was not their fault.
As far as leading the PODS unit, my son ended up taking it half apart because the loading was not done efficiently! What the movers packed took up the whole unit. When my son repacked it, it took up only half of the unit !!!
I would not use this service again!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is helping customers during an important and sometimes stressful time. I enjoy making the process easier, seeing the customer satisfied, and knowing that we helped protect their belongings and get them settled into their new place. Moving is hard work, but it feels good to provide a service people truly need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members have at least 2–3 years of prior moving or packing experience before working with us. We make sure every mover understands proper lifting techniques, safe handling, furniture protection, truck loading, packing, and how to work efficiently without rushing or damaging items.
