These two gentlemen that did the moving did a fantastic job. They were polite. They worked very hard. They took care of not to damage
anything.I ask a few things of them and they were able to accommodate me very easily and will recommend this company for help in a move. Thank you again for the great job that you guys did.

Would not hire them. They were to arrive between 8 and 9 am. 9:05 rolls around so I call them and ask if they are on their way. They said I wasn't scheduled for that day, maybe tomorrow. Tell them no, it's definitely today and they say 'oh sh**, let me call you back'. Instead of a call, I get a text saying that the crew assigned to my move should be on their way but they aren't answering their phone so if they don't show up in 30 minutes, to call back. Instead of that happening, I get another text 25 minutes later saying that Hire a Helper double booked them and my crew was sent to another move and they won't be able to be to my house until 2pm. Get another text saying they hit a storm and new ETA was 2:39pm. Another text comes in at 2:42 saying they are 15 minutes away, finally showing up at 3pm. When they arrived they assessed what needed to be moved, took a look at a large TV stand and asked if I expected 2 guys to move it and they said they wouldn't or wanted more money to do so. I definitely agree it was heavy but not over the 300 lb limit. And 2 professional movers brought it in when it was purchased, so yes, I had every expectation that 2 professional movers could move it. That's the whole reason they were there--to move the big stuff. We told them just to forget that one and move the rest of the stuff. We simply had them move the stuff into the garage instead of into the storage containers at that point. They ended up dropping a piece of furniture and scratching the floor--didn't notice it at the time but only after they left. We had them booked for 3 hours and they stayed for 2. They moved all the big furniture we needed. We could certainly used the help in filling the containers, but at that point, frustrated with the entire experience and their incompetence, we thought it best to cut them loose. (They did end up moving the large TV stand at the end, probably sensing our frustration but also knowing they were going to only have to do 2 of the 3 hours of work). Needless to say, arriving 6+ hours late completely through off our move. They never did apologize when they arrived or at the end. Definitely would not use them if I needed to move again.

Robert and his team arrived on time, introduced themselves and asked for a tour of the house to familiarize themselves as to where items would be moved to. They were very careful not to damage items or any walls or floors in the house. They were very patient when asked to move an item to a different location. (oops we labeled that wrong please move it to --- not a regular occurrence but still extra work!) They WORKED and did not take breaks!) They moved some big heavy items with no problems.
I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

I hired 3 guys to help me move a piano up stairs. One of the guys had recently been in a car accident and could not lift or easily climb stairs. Another had nerve damage in his hand and struggled with strapping things.i felt bad for them and did the majority of the heavy lifting myself. It was not the experience I thought I was paying for.

They started on time. They were very courteous. They worked steadily. They were knowledgeable about the best way to pack and unpack. They went above and beyond what we asked. In addition to this they treated the furniture with great care. I have used moving labor help in two household moves and these guys are the best of them all. I would highly recommend them in the future.
