They were an hour late. They argued constantly. Chris did not listen very well and did not communicate with his team very well. This lead to them carrying this unnecessarily in and out. They are very good at packing a u-haul. I was told that 4 men for 4 hours was all I needed for a 3 bedroom house. It actually almost took them double that time. I felt Chris was very pushy about payment. It clearly states in my contract that I was not to pay the movers directly yet he was wanting me to pay him directly. All in all I would probably not use this service again.
John & Clint helped me move. They were very courteous and arrived early. After a short walk-though the house, they got right to work. This was one of the first really hot days of the year, 90+, and they did a great job. They were very respectful of our property. There were a few scuffs on the wallpaper, due to a very tight turn on the stairs. They informed me of them as soon as they happened. We could not have completed the job without them. Great work guys!! I would highly recommend.
