My original scheduled Hire-A-Helper movers were a "no-show". Hire-A-Helper was able to schedule "Illinois Valley Movers" on the same day! (Thank goodness, as we needed to be out of sold house the next day!) "Illinois Valley Movers" were incredible. They really knew how to efficiently and safely move our heavy items. Chris and Josh were remarkable. They let me know ahead of time that they will need to postpone the visit by a few hours which worked to our benefit. We were able to use the time to get the house more manageable for them. They arrived as promised and worked professionally, quickly, and efficiently. They were careful unloading into our new home and made sure everything was in place before they left. I highly recommend the service and especially these two individuals.
