Time factor needed a unload from some other hire a helper! So this company answered our request as you know short notice the alibiablity goes out the window!
Arrived on time , since the owner wanted to go trick or treating with his kids! We had a few items on a 10 foot uhaul , small freezer which we were told 3 guys couldn’t move up two fights of stairs , freezer in garage. Wife and I , 64 & 70 year old folks flipped onto truck.
Then there was the question of our furniture size to make it up stairs , finally got all up stairs after I removed a hand rail. Chris got into on argument wife my wife about taking covers off our furniture. Now this make me angry that we have to pay for someone to tell you what they can or can’t do.
Next time pay extra monies for professional movers. Maybe some of our furniture wouldn’t be chipped up as much.

My original scheduled Hire-A-Helper movers were a "no-show". Hire-A-Helper was able to schedule "Illinois Valley Movers" on the same day! (Thank goodness, as we needed to be out of sold house the next day!) "Illinois Valley Movers" were incredible. They really knew how to efficiently and safely move our heavy items.
