Maurice and Lorenzo are Wonderful! They arrived in a timely fashion, listened to what I need done and went to work. They were very careful with my things and place my furniture where I requested. Maurice and Lorenzo were constantly working. I definitely recommend and would use them again!

This is the second time using Florida's Reliable Moving Services. Maurice and Lorenzo were repeats from my last move. I can't say enough good things about this moving company! Maurice communicated with me before my move and on the day of my move. The guys arrived, were prepared and got right to work. They were very careful with my furniture and Maurice utilized every square inch of my 16ft PODS container. If you haven't used FRMS you should. They are friendly, fast and professional. My overall experience was horrible. The movers arrived 2 1/2 hours late and we're extremely slow. They took 5 1/2 hours to load a VERY SMALL two bedroom house. With each item they carried into the truck, they spent no less than 5 to 10 minutes standing around in the truck. It was excruciating. They came unprepared and I had to supply them with straps, tape, and plastic wrap. I could have loaded the truck quicker on my own.

The two men showed up promptly and immediately started to work. I had a full house to load into PODS and the workers did an excellent job of ensuring everything was properly wrapped and packed, using all available space. I will will use the service again.

The crew from Florida's Reliable Moving Services did everything right. They called me when their first job was running late, so I knew when to expect them. They parked their truck and trailer off to the side so as not to inconvenience my condo neighbors. They had appropriate tools to move furniture and boxes. They were very careful of my things and the walls and door frames. If I ever move again, I will definitely call them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
