Had used them when I moved to FL to unload my truck. They came hours late, unloaded 26' truck in the dark. Took 2.75 hours. Was upset but he gave me a discount. So when I needed movers to load 26' truck to move from FL I used them again. Reminded Maurice of previous experience & shrink wrap & didn't want a night load. He assured me all would be fine. Given a time of 2-3 pm. They arrived @ 5:30. Small amount of shrink wrap. Yes again I was upset. But the worst part of my story is they took 8 hours to load my truck. No appliances & had sold my living room suite. 11 months prior I paid "Hire A Helper" in CA to load the same items...took them under 4 hours. They used shrink wrap on everything AND Maurice had even noted to me it was a great load AND truck was not totally full. No broken items. This time Maurice couldn't even get all my items on the truck. I had to leave items & give away. Took them awhile to even get the door down & closed. They also had loaded the cab of truck with 2 boxes & 3' x3' picture & I couldn't see my mirrors. (Had to remove 1 large box & leave the large picture) I was near hysteria & crying. It's 2am. I paid more than twice what I expected. I told Maurice to expect this review. (because I was so upset they did connect my car & car carrier @ no charge) When I arrived in TN I had hired "Hire A Helper" to unload. As they started the unload they started showed me the broken items. Then they said due to the unload being dangerous with so many precariously placed items & so many broken items they needed their Owner there to document. Broken items were from the back of truck to mid truck. I tried contacting Maurice for days. Not even the courtesy of a response. Told him he could speak to the "Hire A Helper" unloaders to verify. So yes I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau.

Maurice and Lorenzo did an outstanding job, they were on time, prepared for the job and they did not stand around as they were in motion the whole time they were here. Also, they took great care of our boxes and various
other goods.

Maurice was somewhat knowledgeable about how to pack my glassware. Lorenzo did not have a clue. The guys were 20 minutes late but they did call to let me know. They were supposed to bring extra paper and they brought only the minimum that was suggested. We ran out. They did work hard and I was satisfied with their effort. Both of the fellows were polite and intelligent. They were both respectful of my property. I would probably use Maurice again but would want to see both of them trained better to either use Lorenzo again or recommend them to anyone else.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
