The guys did a wonderful job. Texted the night before to confirm time and the next day they were right on time. I explained what I had in mind and they got to it and worked steady the whole time. If we could give Smart Moves more Stars, we absolutely would do that! They were phenomenal. This is the 2nd time we have used them. The prior time was a year ago when they unloaded our massive truck in only a few hours. Nothing was damaged nor a single item scratched. They are extremely careful and effective.
I hope they stay in business, because I will never use any other moving company.
They were on-time, if not early. 3 gentlemen came including the owner of Smart Moves himself. They were very friendly, upbeat and helpful. They worked quickly never stopping to take a break. We bought them all lunch, but that didnt even slow them down. On this recent move, we had them load up a 26 foot truck and then drove with us 7 miles to unload into a new home.
They packed our belongings, secured furniture with padding, etc. They were polite enough to remove their shoes in new house. They setup our master bedroom, frame, bed as well as other various setups. Putting stuff back together for us.
They worked hard from 9am to about 4pm and it was well worth the modest amount of money we paid for their services. It was such a stress-free move for my wife and I the entire day. Moving is a terrible thing:). I have an injured shoulder and I cannot lift anything (well, I not suppose to but I do).
I was impressed by their work ethic, professionalism, kindness and the overall strength of 3 men to move an entire house along with 80 boxes that I tipped them each $50 bucks. Well deserved. We tell all of our friends about them. We would not recommend anyone else. Period.

SmartMoves provided my best move experience yet. Dillon and Jeff notified of arrival time and arrived as scheduled. They had and skillfully used appropriate tools and equipment.They worked effectively with no wasted time for 3 1/2 hours.They adroitly maneuvered furniture and positioned in POD. Dillon was acknowledged as expert and I quickly observed why. They were respectful and friendly - just right. I’ve already referred them to a friend and definitely hope to use SmartMoves again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Rent plenty of moving blankets. When you think you have enough, get another dozen. Moving blankets are in expensive to rent from Uhaul. Only $10 a dozen to protect your items.
